The Carhartt K87 has been the default work tee since 1992 — heavyweight cotton jersey, a chest pocket that actually holds something, and a fit with room to move. It's on job sites, under flannels, and in half the closets in every city we're from. There's a reason it outlasted every trend that came for it.

Size Chart

Find your size using your body measurements (inches). Measure just under the arms and across the shoulder blades, tape firm and level.

Tall Sizes

Tall short-sleeve tees run 2" longer in the body and ½" longer in the sleeve than Regular. Chest and waist measurements are the same as the Regular size. Recommended if you're roughly 6'0"–6'3".

Fit Notes

• The K87 is a Loose Fit — cut generous through the chest and shoulders on purpose.
• If your chest falls between sizes, Carhartt recommends sizing up.
• If you want a closer, less boxy look, many people size down one from their usual tee.
